Travel form is mount speed when not in instanced pvp. As well as in open world if you go into combat and shift out of travel and back in while still in combat you will no longer be mount speed. This is why you see a lot of druids go guardian and stay in travel for herb farming.

Flight Form and Swift Flight Form benefit from a paladin’s Crusader Aura. Druids who have acquired a mount able to go 310% flight speed will now also go that speed while in this form. When leaving flight form while moving horizontally you keep the speed in that direction (in addition to falling down of course).

If you enter Travel Form while in combat, it boosts speed by 40%. If you activate it while out of combat, it boosts speed by 100%, and will allow you to fly at your normal mounted flight speed if you can fly in that area. 3 level 2

The travel form does not stack with speed enchants or speed gems, with the exception of the level 60 and 70 Feral PvP 4 piece set bonus. When combined with [Darkflight], Worgen Druids are able to go nearly as fast as a Journeyman Mount.

Travel form is not increasing the movement speed of the player correctly, outside of combat it should be equal to that of ''mounted'' speed for non pvp instances if the player has unlocked epic riding skill or higher, and match that of a mount accodingly to it's matching rank.

Advantages lvl 30 mount has over Travel Form:-Moves faster-There's some variety (Tauren/Night Elf Druids look the same in Travel Form, whereas on a mount you can have pretty much whatever your rep allows for) Advantages Travel Form has over lvl 30 mount:-Significantly cheaper-You don't get knocked out of it when you get Dazed-Usable in combat

However, Flight Form only provides a 60% movement speed bonus and Swift Flight Form, providing a 280% movement speed bonus, comes in a later patch. So at Burning Crusade launch, if you want to fly as fast as possible as a Druid, you will need to purchase a conventional Epic flying mount if you want to travel fast right away in Phase 1.

Plus if you go on ground with your flight form, you go as fast as a ground mount, so it's the same Cause it should be a choice, that is why. Also, it is not the same thing and you know it.

Flight Form has three specific advantages over a Flying Mount. The cost is a lot cheaper than buying a flying mount (which costs as much as the training and buying of an epic normal mount) Flight Form is instantly cast, making it even better for those sticky situations (cannot use in combat).

Yes, time travel is indeed a real thing. But it's not quite what you've probably seen in the movies. Under certain conditions, it is possible to experience time passing at a different rate than 1 second per second. And there are important reasons why we need to understand this real-world form of time travel.
